- Specializes in strategic planning, tactical execution, global sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, new business development, and profit and loss management
- Before joining NEP, he was the Global Vice President of Services at Vertix (formerly Emerson Network Power), VP and GM of Tech Data Services, and COO for Pinnacle Data Systems, Inc.
Kit Hagen

- Over 20 years of experience in utilities, wireless communications, and big-box retail
- Under his leadership, NEP’s revenue and profitability has grown by 50 percent and expanded into major metro areas like Philadelphia and New York
- Previous experience includes management positions with world-class companies like Best Buy, AT&T Wireless, Convergys, and Cincinnati Bell
Teresa Ringenbach

- Over 19 years of experience in energy and utility regulations
- Began energy career running the City of Cleveland’s Government Aggregation Program
- Extensive experience in government and regulatory affairs throughout the United States and Canada
- Contributor to the NREL UK-US Opportunities for Grid Modernization Report, State Chair for RESA, Chairman of the Board for the Illinois Competitive Energy Association, ECN, and the Ohio Gas Suppliers Association.
Derek Szu-Tu

- Over 14 years in the finance and accounting industry at both public and private companies
- Responsible for managing financial operations including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
- Previous experiences include Deloitte & Touche and LBrands
Scott Koehler
SVP, Products & Services
Global energy executive with over 30 years of software and hardware solutions and services
experience, leading businesses and cross-functional teams in developing and delivering
industry-leading solutions. Strong history leadership across several industries including energy
& utilities, telecommunications, consulting and non-profits. A proven problem solver that
continually seeks innovative approaches to address complex and emerging challenges helping
to drive sustainability, reliability and affordability.
Aaron Depinet
Technical Sales Support and Project Manager Director
- Over 24 years of experience in the electrical industry
- More than 10 years of experience in private electric infrastructure
- Specializes in design planning, site coordination, and preventative maintenance
- Assists the sales team to ensure customer’s needs are met for every multifamily construction project
