NYSERDA-qualified Multifamily Buildings Solutions Providers work directly with building owners and managers to create a customized plan aimed at achieving 20% energy savings along with reduced energy bills.
NEP’s Smart Property Platform combines metering and microgrid technologies with advanced load management tools to offer owners and operators of multi-family communities a unique way to measure, analyze, and control their energy usage. Whether it is EV charging stations, roof top solar, residential batteries, or smart apartment hardware like thermostats and appliance controls, NEP’s platform incorporates these technologies seamlessly into the multi-family living experience.
