Water Submetering
We will build your water utility system into the property and into each individual unit, collect all meter data and bill each unit for its water consumption. There is an increasing national trend to submeter water for multi-family properties. Area builders are seeing significant benefits to their bottom line by utilizing this new technology.
Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS)
Property managers also have the option of utilizing our Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS), which allocates a portion of the overall water bill to tenants based on an estimate of water usage per unit. RUBS requires no initial capital investment (no meters) and is based on a pre-calculated formula as opposed to actual water usage by each unit.

Online Property Management System
