Nationwide Energy Partners, Ltd., a Columbus based provider of utility solutions for real estate developers and property owners, today announced an agreement with Continental Communities, Ltd. to provide water submetering services for a new upscale apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina. More than 1,300 new apartment units are ultimately planned for the development. NEP is currently serving communities throughout Ohio and regions of Pennsylvania.
