Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) Begins Work on Lifestyle Communities Development
Nationwide Energy Partners, Ltd., a Columbus-based provider of utility solutions for real estate developers and property owners, recently announced an agreement with Lifestyle Communities, Ltd. NEP will provide a private electric infrastructure system, electric and water submetering services, and natural gas installations for more than 500 apartments and condominiums at Lifestyle Communities’ new White Oak multifamily community in Canal Winchester, Ohio. NEP is currently serving communities throughout Ohio and regions of Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
