- What are the customer service center hours of operation?
- NEP customer service representatives are available between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday at 877-818-2637.
- There is a streetlight out in my community. How do I contact NEP to make them aware?
- Please let your property management team know and they will contact NEP on your behalf.
- Can I pay my bill automatically each month?
- Yes. You can use NEP's automatic bill payment feature to have your bill paid each month from your bank account. You will still receive a copy of your monthly bill in the mail. Your payment will appear as a deduction on your bank statement, just as it would if you wrote a check. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 877-818-2637 and they will assist you with this process.
- Can I pay my bill using my VISA, Mastercard, or Discover card?
- Yes. Pay Online or call NEP toll-free at 877-818-2637 and we can take immediate payments by phone using your debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover). You will receive a verification code upon successful payment. Please make sure that you have your account number and your banking information ready before you call.
- Can I pay Online?
- Yes. NEP now offers Online bill payment. You may pay with VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or with a Paypal account. Sign up Today
- Can I pay by mail?
- Yes. If you prefer to pay by mail, use the enclosed envelope that came with your bill. Please include the top portion of your bill along with your payment. Please do not mail cash. If you have to mail your payment without the top portion of your bill, make sure to include your name, service address, and account number on your payment to ensure your account is properly credited. Map it!- How do I start my electrical or water service with NEP?
- If you live in an apartment community that NEP serves, this will already be taken care of for you by your property management team. They will have you fill out NEP's Utility Service Application and will enter this information on your behalf.If you live in a subdivision or a condominium community, your sales agent or title company will have you fill out a Utility Service Agreement and they will have it faxed to NEP. Here is a copy of the Utility Service Application that should be filled out and signed for you to begin service with NEP. If you have any questions regarding your electric and/or water service start-up please call NEP's Customer Service at 1-877-818-2637.
- How do I stop my service with NEP?
- If you live in an apartment community, once you have completed your move-out process with your property management team and turned your keys into them, they will be responsible for discontinuing your service with NEP. If you live in a subdivision or a condominium community, please call NEP directly at 1-877-818-2637, or contact your condo association or home owners association.
